Preview of the New Unisa Europa Autumn/Winter 2014 Collection
Following the current trends which point at minimalism as one of the tops tips, silhouettes become more limpid and fluent, and styles are undressed from excess; different height structures give the styles a sensation of movement. On the other side, the general tone of the collection evolves to sportier trends and looks.
Regarding the styling, the bootie becomes more and more important in the collection, and the mule gets renewed by making higher, more Winter-like toplines, and curved backs that embrace the foot. Pointy toes with almost invisible platforms are also a main trend for us, together with our range of over-the-knee boots, super tight thanks to Lycra and other elastic materials used. Besides, in our constant technological research, this season we offer a wider range of flexible inner hidden wedges and platforms.
As a main trend, we go for Sport Vintage using worn-looking soft skins, together with antique looking soles; also, we propose the Urban look, achieved through padding and external metal zippers for enrichment, and more elegant materials such as Oily Patent Leather. Fine leather and Swarovski ornaments are the essential components for our Party collection.
For this Autumn/Winter 14, our material and color card proposes a palette of subtle Winter colors on sophisticated materials, going mainly from all shades of brown to the different tones of grey, displayed among others on embossed Crocco and Python leather, flocked prints and metal looking materials. Rich Calfs and soft Agnellos and our extensive card of Kid Suede complete our offer for the season.
Finally, for the first time Unisa presents the new “Subzero” capsule collection, with a range of warm totally double-faced styles to fight the hardest Winters.
